Thick and waxy: skin care
This was recommended by a doctor for moisturizing very dry feet. Advertised as a moisturizer for dry, sensitive skin. Moisturizes, but not for long. It feels waxy and thick when applied. I found it worked well for my legs after surgery to moisturize the scar, but you had to reapply it several times. I didn't like using it on dry, cracked hands because it couldn't withstand water or cold. I would probably stick with the moisturizers I found at my local pharmacy.
