I use these metal plates as a holder for my phone case to use with a magnetic holder in the car, but it has many other uses. I am considering with the intention of using it as a magnetic plate to attach my phone. So if you are looking for a magnetic phone mount for your phone, this is great! - Liability, 5/5: What else can I say? It sticks and it's 3M glue which is pretty reliable. Durability, 5/5: I've definitely encountered "soft" metal plates before they break easily, they're much stronger despite being thin. 5/5: They are really thin and thin enough to fit between the phone case and the phone, where it doesn't noticeably protrude, which is great! If you plan to use it to attach to a phone with a magnetic mount, remember that it's only good enough for phones with thin cases. If you have a durable leather phone case, this metal plate is not strong enough!
