I bought these for very simple applications like installing an LED bulb on a sewing machine and installing a cell phone on the dashboard and to be honest I was pleasantly surprised how well they work . I was skeptical of how well the magnets would stick to them and thought the devices would slide off, but no, the magnets have held onto these plates very strongly so far and haven't slipped on me even a bit. I will definitely buy more of these if needed.

Well I have to say it was hard to find a magnetic case and when I found out that there are actually strips of metal that can be peeled off and stuck onto it, a whole world opened up of ways to make a magnetic shell. . I had a tech phone case from Evutec, but when I switched to the iPhone 11 I couldn't find much choice of phone cases so I found these kids peel and stick. I had a great idea and I was able to make it happen with these little sticky pieces of metal! If you have an old kitchen with ugly cabinets, this might be a good idea for you.
