Review on LUBANN by Michael Hawkins

My most recent encounter with LUBANN's internet store was unpleasant. For my house renovation project, I bought a set of door locks and hardware. Unfortunately, the products I received did not match the descriptions on the website. First of all, it took about two weeks for my order to arrive due to a delayed delivery. I discovered that the locks were of low quality and that some of the hardware was missing when the item eventually arrived. Additionally, it was challenging to correctly install the locks due to the confusing directions. I spoke with LUBANN's customer service to voice my displeasure and ask for a refund. They did, however, respond slowly and ineffectively. I had to go through a drawn-out process to get my money returned after they asked that I return the products at my own expense. Overall, I had a stressful and disappointing experience shopping online at LUBANN. To anyone looking for dependable, high-quality tools and home improvement supplies, I would not suggest this firm.
