Review on Sweese 519.110 Purple Porcelain Loaf Pan: Non-Stick Bread and Meat Baking, 9 x 5 inches by Mariqn Carey

I was looking for an uncoated loaf pan and found there wasn't much to choose from. I made the choice and am glad I did. Looks good, bread bakes well. I grease the pan before putting the bread in and the bread comes off easily without leaving much residue. I found it easy to clean. My only complaint is that it's a bit smaller than my standard stainless steel pan, but not enough to make a huge difference. The recipe may need to be adjusted for size.
