Works great. Does what he says he should. I used it to remove the temporary concrete extension wire so people wouldn't trip over it. I didn't want to use duck tape as it leaves marks. My other blue masking tape just didn't hold. But this green tape sticks very well to concrete, plaster and other rough surfaces. It will definitely make projects easier when working with these types of materials. Also, he has a really long "stable" period. To me, that means it leaves no trace. I don't remember exactly what it was, but it's been a long time that you can leave stuff on what you record on and not have to worry about leftovers.
