The best and strongest tape I've ever used!

I am a professional resin artist. This stuff is so hard it's perfect! I use it to seal the back of my resin paintings. I can remove hardened strips of resin (heat it up a bit with a hair dryer first) without tearing the tape. This leaves my work with a clean, professional look. This shortens the time drips can be easily removed without tearing the tape, which can be very time consuming and annoying. I would say this is an even better quality compared to another brand of Green Tape which is also

Pros
  • Easy to use
Cons
  • Slightly wrinkled

Very sticky tape for paint, wall treatment and accessories

This tape sticks to almost any surface, which is very useful in many cases, e.g. when masking metal fittings on a window or masking a brick surface near a painted wall etc. Also sometimes useful for packing and wrapping as it sticks to plastic wrap and foam quite well. However, it should not be used on painted or even varnished surfaces as it can wear down the surface. It should also not act on very hard surfaces for too long, otherwise it may stick permanently. When used correctly, it's great!

Works perfectly. Does what it's supposed to do

Works great. Does what he says he should. I used it to remove the temporary concrete extension wire so people wouldn't trip over it. I didn't want to use duck tape as it leaves marks. My other blue masking tape just didn't hold. But this green tape sticks very well to concrete, plaster and other rough surfaces. It will definitely make projects easier when working with these types of materials. Also, he has a really long "stable" period. To me, that means it leaves no trace. I don't rememberโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Stylish and modern design
Cons
  • Poorly thought out

Weak, weak adhesive: plain blue masking tape works better

I bought this tape because I needed to tape the (disposable) tablecloths on the school picnic tables to keep out the wind. I was specifically looking for an adhesive that was stronger than the 3M blue masking tape but left no residue. A complete waste of money. Plain blue masking tape works best. It doesn't stick to our plastic table tops and keeps peeling off our fingers - so NO worries about residue - but I also can't believe this successfully delivers on 3M's design promise of "for use onโ€ฆ

Adheres to plaster and old quality paints. e

In the 1970's we called this tape "lacquer tape" because lacquer thinners didn't dissolve the adhesive. I live in Phoenix and started using it for commercial body paint years ago. No sign of tape. In the hot sun, it stays in place for minutes to hours. (I know you shouldn't paint areas at 200 degrees if the paint evaporates when spraying. But what to do? Quit work? Go home? This tape is a BIG HELP. Tape makers useless. Falls off before you can Get pistol This is the best choice right now Greatโ€ฆ
