Failed to load media. I have used a Swiffer vacuum for many years. This is my first experience with an extended handle and 360 degree feather duster. The extended handle is a little thin compared to the normal handle, but very comfortable. I can reach things without bending down or standing on a step stool. Assembly was easy - all I had to do was pull the handle out and let the tabs go into the holes to hold the extension. The handle folds easily for storage. The head can be fixed at any angle. Both original rags and 360 rags are suitable for the extended handle, neither of which slips while cleaning. The old handle has a clip that holds the rag very well. There is no clip on the extended handle but I didn't notice any difference in use. While I liked the 360 rags I don't think they are worth the extra cost and I will continue to use the original extended grip rags. The extended handle is great, definitely an upgrade. This allows me to finish my work faster. Also, my back hurts, so anything that allows me to do things without bending over is good. Ali Julia review
