update. I contacted Sperry and they sent me a pair of similar shoes so I appreciate the good customer support. However, I still do not recommend this particular model. DO NOT BUY THESE SHOES. 38 days after receiving the shoes - 8 days after the end of the return period - the toe of the shoe began to protrude from the sole. I wear the shoes probably 10 days out of the 38 days I have them and only use them for everyday use. Not sure if these are fake Sperrys or if they have gone downhill from the pair I bought in 2015 and they are still holding up great.
