I like the ink, there are no complaints about the quality. No leaks, no smearing, good saturation, whatever. Just make sure you do the math. At the time of writing, a pack of Canon 4 XL ink is priced at $72 at Revain. A pack of 4 standard Revain inks is $39. A Canon representative answered a question about how much ink is in each. The standard ink is 5.6ml and the XL ink is 8.3ml. If you do the math, you will find that the standard ink is $1.74/ml and the XL ink is $2.17/ml. You might think that by buying more (XL) it would cost LESS per ml, but that's not the case. In other words, if you buy three packs of standard ink, you'll have 16.8ml of each colour. If you bought two boxes of XL ink, you would have 16.6ml of each colour, which is roughly the value of three boxes of standard ink. You would pay $117 for standard ink but $144 for (same amount) XL ink. So don't forget to count. (And yes - the "Verified Purchase" tag in my review indicates I DID NOT do the math the first time. Lesson learned!)
