As a brown-skinned woman, I am thrilled to have found a bracelet that is closer to my skin color than anything else I have found in the fitness tracker aftermarket. Had to replace my Fitbit Charge 3 TIMES IN 2 YEARS (at their expense), I reluctantly bit the bullet and bought another Fitbit tracker (they gave me a 25% discount) as the charge is clearly rubbish. After reading many reviews on the Fitbit community message board, I knew the straps were easy to detach (the same problem existed when charging). The same day I ordered the Alta, I went to Revain to order replacement straps and buckle loops so I have extra protection against losing the tracker when using it with the factory strap. However, now that I've replaced the factory strap with the I-SMILE strap, I will never be able to use the original strap again. There's a security in wearing that I haven't experienced with any of Fitbit's factory straps and their crazy buckle system. I wore it everyday just hoping I could get through the day without losing it. I have also ordered one to use for more dressy occasions (from another company) but for my everyday use, THIS band has far exceeded my expectations!
