I've had at least three of these incredibly affordable hard drives. I bought them to install on my ThinkPad T420. The first took a while, almost a year. Then the next failed six months later. Then the next one failed after 2 months. I got very, very good at backing up all my files and reinstalling my operating system because I learned that with this drive you're pretty much going to have to take a guess at failure. But I was fed up with that last failure and decided to buy a replacement SSD. OMG is much faster this way, despite costing $10 or more more for a smaller drive. Hope it lasts longer than WD. If you don't mind swapping out hard drives more regularly, this is a really cheap drive. But you get what you paid for.
