Works for 4K 60Hz on an older graphics card

Works for what I was looking for, 4K 60Hz from an older AMD HD 7970 where I couldn't get it through the HDMI port . this map. It still had some startup issues, but eventually it decided to start working, I think it was more the age of the card and drivers.

4K at 60Hz No flicker

Cons

Too stupid
