I ordered this webcam for my desktop PC but ended up returning it because the microphone just didn't work. It was easy to set up and install. The webcam image quality was good, not great, but good for things like web conferencing. The big problem was the built-in microphone. When I tried to use it for a web conference, all my colleagues asked what was wrong with my sound. It was so bad that I was asked to turn off the sound or dial a number from the phone. I'm not a tech newbie, so I tried testing the audio input, running the Windows device troubleshooter, and tweaking all window and device settings to fix the problem. As a result, it turned out that the microphone simply did not work. I don't know if this problem happened to all of these devices or just the one I received but I didn't want to take the time to find out as I need it for my work. I am in the process of ordering another webcam and hope for better results.
