Watch for your chewer - otherwise AMAZING

We have a now 7 month old pup whom we've had for a month. She's very active and loves to hike and run and play with us wherever we go. A friend of mine has an older dog and has helping her learn to be "off leash". A long lead is extremely helpful when attention sometimes doesn't come back to you. The bright color makes it easy to step on or grab and is strong enough to hold up to big tugs of chasing a bird. Only problem we've had so far we when we left it with her in the car momentarily and she decided to chew it a bit (she's a chewer). I'm hoping to move the clip, since it's at least close to one end, but it's enough I don't trust it right now. Nonetheless, I'd buy another -- it's a great product.

Pros

The leash is easy to clip on and off, so you won't have to struggle to attach it to your dog's collar

Cons

The heavy duty material may be too rough on the dog's fur
