so I got them before my workout and can't tell if they really make a difference. I'm not sure if it's due to lack of sleep or just time, but it seems to me that sometimes I don't feel anything and sometimes I do. The flavor has a bit of a vitamin flavor, but that's a risk you take with amino acid supplements. I also feel like I've had better results with other pre-workouts when it comes to mixing with water. I always have undissolved product at the bottom of the blender (even when using room temperature water).
