Barefoot allowed, but only for a short time
We bought them for our son and within a month and a half they came off the sole of the shoe. We then paid about $20. It's not worth it. We like barefoot shoes (wide and flat) but I wish we could save our money and go for another type of shoe that Saguro sells.

- Shoes may not provide adequate traction when walking on slippery surfaces.
