This model exploded in my kitchen just a few steps from my kids. I called the manufacturer and they said they don't support my model number. I called the number on the back of the instructions. Please, this thing is literally a ticking time bomb. I am contacting a lawyer for negligence. They basically said, well, not our problem. This does not terminate the guarantee.
