Does what it looks like. This is the stand for my Galaxy Watch3 charger. Because the cord is so short, it kept falling off my bedside table. This solved the problem of leaving my charger in place. My only issue with this stand is that you have to be careful when placing the watch on the charger. If you do this in a hurry, you may not have enough contact between the charger and the watch, resulting in the watch not charging. After this happened to me once and my watch died in the morning, I became more mindful and never encountered this problem again.
