We love how easy it was to setup and run our system, we also love that they are constantly updating their system with new features and applications. They have been nothing but helpful and professional, always willing to go above and beyond for us. Occasionally you can get an issue where your phone calls aren't transferred over to the right agent. We've had this happen maybe once every two months or so and usually after a few minutes of waiting the call just drops and you have to start all over again. The customer support is excellent, I always speak to someone who knows what they're talking about when I need support. The benefits are clear and they have worked out how much each agent costs them and made sure the billing is accurate and correct.
