Worked great for almost two years
I got this for my Accord as the old one stopped working properly. The door cannot be opened or closed with the remote control. Replaced it with this one and it worked like clockwork for almost two years. A few months ago he began to fail regularly, he had to open the door with a key on the door. Three weeks ago I tried to get in the car but it wouldn't open. Without using the key to the door. It sticks in the closed position. I had to rip open the spare key to drive the blade into the door and twist it with pliers to allow the door to open. To get out of the car I also have to use pliers to lift a small latch that locks/unlocks the door from the inside.
