I am very happy with this purchase, I will advise everyone!

Great thing: cheap, works well and does not take out the brain when setting up. For the average user, more is not required.
By the way, I took it with "our" plug in one of the federal networks. Although the price is not the lowest on the market (~ 1100), it does not stick out of the outlet due to the adapter and irritates the eye. For such a pleasure, I am ready to pay 200 - 300.
I won’t say about the coverage area and signal speed, I didn’t measure it.
I can recommend it for purchase with a clear conscience, because this amplifier is a wonderful example of obtaining the desired result easily and cheaply.

Pros

And cheap and not angry) One of the cheapest amps on the market, yet well made and neat. Compact, easy to install (two plugs into a socket with a break for setting) and set up. It took me 10 minutes to set up, taking into account the download of the Mi Home application. There were no problems with the setup, everything worked on the first try. In the settings, I chose to create a network "with a name identical to the name of the home network." What struck me personally: the child’s laptop, peacefully “sleeping” on the table in the nursery, moved from the “basic” access point to the grid from the Xiaomi amplifier without waking up. Magic, damn))) The child, by the way, is happy: the signal in the nursery has become much better, "YouTube no longer slows down";) Friendly with Apple devices. The signal picks up from the Airport Time Capsule and fairly distributes to poppies and iPads. No issues so far, hopefully in the future

Cons

The reverse side of cheapness: modest functionality. The range is only 2.4 GHz and the maximum speed is 300M bit / s - the thing is clearly not for technologists. The amplifier does only what you bought it for. It amplifies, that is))) The sensitivity of the receiver is not so hot: up to the base point about 6 meters with a non-capital wall (foam blocks) on the way, but the amplifier is already talking about a bad signal level.
