I paid $32 for this phone for my home office/call center work and I was blown away by the price which seems decently constructed the earpiece is pretty comfortable. The sound quality is good enough for both the caller and the user. The built-in mute button is ideal for long conversations. on the website. Cons: The headset stand is terrible, but easily thrown away (this accessory wasn't listed when I bought the device, so I wasn't disappointed). is not a problem since my company offers call management software. Has a built in hold button (not to be confused with the mute button on the headset cord), music to hold HOR RENDOUS. DO NOT use it if you value your customers' patience. Haven't figured out the save buttons yet. The ringing is a bit annoying but not intrusive. Rating: 7.5/10 an excellent overall device with some serious drawbacks. Worth every penny.
