5XL fits like 4XL.
I'm quite a tall guy and have several 5XL shirts and jackets that fit well, even some of them are a bit baggy. . This shirt "fits" but fits like a glove, which is uncomfortable. I'm giving it three stars because the material feels good and is of good quality and I like the fit of the sleeves. This will be a good shirt when I lose weight but it fits like a 4XL.
