Benefits package - I like that they have dental insurance included for me as well! Flexible hours to accommodate my schedule (and theirs!).

No benefits are too small or insignificant; everything from maternity leave through sick pay comes with it's own set of rules & paperwork requirements which can be quite burdensome at times if you're not careful about tracking them all down yourself. Make sure your employer offers this benefit before accepting an offer because there will likely come some sort of fine associated w/benefits use outside what was offered when hiring.
