The customer service that we receive from everyone at BenefitX has been nothing short of exemplary! Their team helps us with everything related to our benefits management software - payroll setup/annual renewal process etc., they are always available if I need any assistance during my working hours or after (for example for questions regarding user guide).Benefit X also handles all administrative tasks like tax reporting requirements which saves me time as well since it would be impossible…

Great Company Culture, Fantastic Benefit Package

Benefits package - I like that they have dental insurance included for me as well! Flexible hours to accommodate my schedule (and theirs!). No benefits are too small or insignificant; everything from maternity leave through sick pay comes with it's own set of rules & paperwork requirements which can be quite burdensome at times if you're not careful about tracking them all down yourself.
