I've only worn them for one run so far but I love them!"My phone didn't rise up in my pocket, but not even enough to put it down while running. The phone stayed securely in my pocket even during sprint intervals. The belt rises up and no compression is just right. I ordered the medium one as I was concerned that my legs might cut into my thighs as I get smaller (based on other reviews). I'm 5ft 3in and 135lbs with a muscular build (not skinny legs). I will most likely order more, especially if they hold up well in the wash!
