Great product! PowerNet offers weight balls in different weights. I bought 2.8 14 ounce green balls for my little 7 year old son who loves baseball. These balls are great for throwing, hitting, and even strength training. The balls are baseball sized and can be used to train forearm/wrist strength and hand speed. I usually put them on a t-shirt with a ball, soft throw and serve. I chose PowerNet because they offer different weight options than other manufacturers. This product is highly recommended for all ages. Just remember to use the lightest balls for younger children to avoid injury and always use proper body mechanics when working with children under 12. The balls come with a nice storage bag and are nicely packaged. A must for baseball players!
