I opened the box and saw that the entire tooling was liquid plastic. I took off the little cap and there was a needle to apply to the little dots. When I touched my item with the needle to add the plastic, the needle disappeared inside the stick. The lid wasn't screwed on tight and the whole box was covered in plastic. I was so excited to use this product but it was a complete failure. There were also no instructions for use. I tried putting a magnet on the cup but it didn't work but it made a big mess as it was leaking everywhere.
