Reliable little speaker for the price

This little speaker works and connects easily. The "anvil" design is handy for securing it when you have it on your boat, backpack or similar. Included with the speaker itself is a carabiner and strap to attach to the speaker. The levers that attach the carabiner and strap appear to be an integral part of the speaker, so they're pretty sturdy. The sound from a small speaker like this is weak, but at a price that rivals the competition. The rubberized surface that houses the power and volume buttons can make it feel less obvious that button presses have been accepted. You need to hold the button down until Power on appears. That's about 5 seconds. The LED indicator is located on the front of the speaker. So if you don't know where to look, it may go unnoticed. It also says when it's over. This is a good feature. Pairing is indicated by a beep. I found the system easy to connect and use. It's so cheap that you don't have to worry about taking it to different environments, and the carabiner makes it even more secure. The only thing that doesn't seem to be very durable is the power cord. He looks unusually thin. They have a mini USB to regular USB adapter and a 120V USB adapter. The length of the cable without plug heads is 20 inches. I tried this speaker as a speakerphone and after pressing the center button there was a slight hesitation before answering the call. But once answered, it worked fine. The person on the other end heard the echo from the speaker. Nice feature. However, when first used, this caused the call to drop on the other end. Subsequent applications were successful.
