PROS: Looks the same as the picture so I didn't upload the picture. The USB cable that comes with the scanner appears to be very durable. This scanner has a green light to let you know it's ready to use. The sounds this scanner makes let you know the scan was successful. This is a 2D scanner that scans QR codes. Finally, after the seller told me about the possibility of using any software with this product, it rang in my head. If you don't place your cursor in your computer's input field, the scanner won't be able to send any information from its scan. As soon as it turned out, I went to the races. The manual has a basic set of barcodes for the scanner and I have a feeling they will change the settings in the scanner. I'm new to all of this, having tested a few. I scanned the reset code because, like most electrical devices, this scanner is faster than me. Part of product testing is vendor support and I believe you will get that with this product. CONS: My own ignorance but the seller was patient. Yes, I would buy it again if needed and recommend it to a friend.
