The swift models are .5 oz lighter than the previous model. The CFS allows for extra spin and power. The 14mm thickness vs the 16mm thickness means it hits harder and with more spin. The 16mm does have a more forgiving sweet spot. It still hits the ball very well and even if you mishit it is a great paddle.
