I’m a big fan of Simone, she makes the best YouTube instructional videos. With that said, this paddle isn’t only for women, it’s also for guys. It’s exactly like the Ben John except it has a slightly smaller handle I believe it’s 3 1/8 vs the Ben john 3 1/4. It’s a subtle difference. The swift models are .5 oz lighter than the previous model. The CFS allows for extra spin and power. The 14mm thickness vs the 16mm thickness means it hits harder and with more spin. This paddle is very nice for pros and beginners. The paddle has much more ability to spin than cheaper paddles and there is much more control. The paddle is lightweight and feels very nice in the hand.

I'm a big fan of Joola paddles (this is my third) - and my favorite. I really like the grit surface which is excellent for English. The paddle is light and a pleasure to use. I am an intermediate player, and the Jardim has improved my game. Highly recommended.
