Works great but not with stock Bearcat airbox. I spent several hours fiddling with the primary jet to keep it from choking. Could never get it right. The problem was that it worked fine, but when you added power it started crackling and almost died. The final solution was to remove the entire air intake including the snorkel hoses and boxes. and place the air filter directly on the back of the carburetor. Now he walks like a raped monkey. The only problem is that it can't go through much water. So I would recommend just cleaning his original carburetor well first or buying an expensive OEM carburetor. . Also, the intake pipe that fits between the carburetor and the engine was broken on my car and the pipe that came with this kit was great and repairable. Apparently they sometimes let air into the engine without going through the carburetor. The problem with the airbox was the short hose from the box to the carb, it looked like it was kinked. Too much air throttles at high revs. I took it off, it generally works fine even without the box installed behind the carburetor sucks. So everything is fine. but be careful with the buyer. To update. I removed the injectors from the carburetor and replaced them with the ones that came with the kit. Then it finally starts well. With airbox and all!
