I LOVE this little car! When we received it we went to YouTube to see how it was being used. The instructions that come with it are a bit confusing. That's the only criticism I have of this product. I also bought a yogurt recipe book when I bought my bear at the same time, so I referenced the book as well. But YouTube videos really got me going. I've been making low-fat yogurt every day since then and we love what we get. Greek yogurt is time consuming to make, so it takes almost a full day, but the only time consuming part is to start preparing the milk to pour into the machine. The rest just let the little bear do his job. If you like yogurt and want to start making it yourself, you will love this product.
