I've owned several food vacuums over the years. I received these and got to work immediately. I have read the attached instructions which are well written and easy to understand. I sealed some fresh berries, asparagus, fresh herbs from my garden. I had several containers of loose meat from the supermarket, I took them out of the freezer and wrapped them individually. Because we have empty nests, our dinners are small, and the ability to freeze and refrigerate vacuum-packed food is not only effective, but also helps us save money and prevent food from going to waste.
