UPDATE: This item is amazing! Virtually eliminated my scalp issues! THANK YOU SO MUCH! So far, so good! I just started using this. I have terrible seborrheic dermatitis. I've had this problem my whole life. You must use sulfate-free and mostly natural hair care products. Recently my condition has deteriorated significantly due to the heat and sweaty humidity of the area where I live. I've read reviews that a scalp brush can help. I was desperate after trying almost everything. I tried it and after ONE use I felt relief. I feel like it cleaned my scalp and removed itchy dead skin. It's mild and not painful at all and I have a very sensitive scalp. After prolonged use I will update this review but for now I am SO glad I got it. If it matters after one use, I can only imagine how it will be after several.
