Love this swimsuit for the sun protection and I think keeps baby a little warmer in the water. The only downside is the awkward zipper - it comes up too high so is either weird under the chin or poking out farther down. Not sure why it's not just designed like a zip up sleeper zipper. As far as fit goes, I had such a hard time deciding but 0-6 was for sure the right size for my 4.5 month old who is around 14.8 to 15 pounds. I would say the 0-6 is comparable to the fit of the 3-6 month cat & jack or 6 month carters sleepers he is currently in - a little room to spare but definitely the right size
