I agree with many reviews about the inconvenience and quality of materials. But I haven't broken anything in a year. Laptop Macbook 15'' fit well. Pros: * I am calm in public transport. It is difficult to get something out of the backpack unnoticed. *Does not lose shape. * Good looking. You can come to the meeting not with a backpack, but with a decent bag. * Convenient access to PowerBank, which you throw into a backpack and connect a wire (extension cord) to it, which is displayed in a single external pocket. Has some cons: * The price is too high for this quality of materials. * You have to pay for security with inconvenient access to the inside. To open the backpack, you need to unzip both zippers at least to half the height of the backpack. If you do it on the go (get the keys), you have to fasten it with both hands holding the zipper pawls. I'm not surprised that many of them are torn. If I often dragged a laptop, I would also break it.
