Bought 3 of these watches as gifts, they all arrived on time, battery was 50% charged, didn't have to read instructions to find out how work (I opened all three to test before giving them away). This watch only has one capacitive button but is pretty intuitive to use, the screen is NOT touch sensitive just so you know. The straps are soft, not premium but great quality for the price. To charge them you need to remove the top band to reveal a USB connector that plugs into a computer or charger. As cheap gifts they are amazing, if I didn't already have a watch I would consider one for myself.
