I bought this trainer for the simple fact that I am trying to reach my weight loss goal. I am wearing a large bc I wanted it to fit snug on my arm area after reading that others wear too big. I am 5'3 and 194lbs. It fits comfortable, not to thick. I have worn it 3 times and you will sweat. I put sweat cream on my target areas before I put it on and its does the job. I am trying to get my arms down so this was perfect for me. So far, so good. Ill be back in 30 to 60 days to let yall know how it went. 😊
