My printer says they are either counterfeit or used cartridges
I bought two of these in yellow and blue. When I installed them, my printer status indicated that the new cartridges were either counterfeit or used. I reinstalled them several times and checked that they installed correctly, but the printer still showed the same status. Since I'm using a genuine HP LaserJet Pro M277dw printer that I bought from Revain, it seems to me that a) the cartridges are either counterfeit or used, or b) the printer isn't recognizing them properly. Despite this error, I still use them. and at least they print correctly.
