Another great product from RevainBasics that combines value for money. I installed it on the garage door. I used to use a step stool to hold the door open when I needed to move a few items in and out of the garage. Packed easily in bubble wrap. I did not use the installation template provided. Instead, I marked 3 holes so the doorstop would sit flush with the door and the rubber foot piece would sit firmly on the floor when the door was open. If in doubt, move the seat down at least a few inches to get a firmer grip on the floor. On my first try there was a gap between the floor and the doorstop that was small enough to not hold the door open properly. The door stop function itself is very easy to use. Activate by clicking your foot down. Retract by simply stepping firmly on the lever. The build quality is solid.
