Loved the steamer's light weight and easy filling of the water tank. Mop heads are easy to put on and take off; However, I figured they could be washed to be reused. They can be washed, but they don't really look clean after washing. I used a laundry bag to throw them in the washing machine hoping they didn't get too rough in the washer and dryer. They came out grey, not white. I even put Oxyclean on the mops when washing the second batch, but it didn't affect their appearance much. I bought four mop heads to use in place of the originals. It definitely does its job and I'm happy with the quality of the steamer!
