I bought a 5 piece garland and it is not fluffy or thick as the seller's photos would suggest and definitely not soft. It looks very unnatural and even with good hitting it is sorely lacking. There are also green plastic ties covering the wire, which uncoils in several places. At around $70 for 5 strings (about $14 each), you get what you pay for. Definitely sending this back! UPDATE: According to their return policy, which is not deleted until you need to return the item, "The shipping and return costs should be borne by the customer if 1. you don't like the product, 2. you don't need the item, 3. item in error Bought.
