I bought these to convert from 12 " to 13 ".

Bought to convert 12" to 13" on my Geo Metro. Others have pointed out quality issues with rust or chipped chrome. I've used them for the last few snowy months and haven't encountered any problems so far. If using them to convert subway wheels, make sure all cleats are dead-seated in the wheel holes to prevent the studs from loosening or breaking off.
