I have Rheumatoid Arthritis and I drop my phone too often. Even with the OtterBox Defender case, I had to change the screen protector half a dozen times. I wanted something that would work with a thick body but also give me extra security when I have hand issues. The elastic that wraps around your hand does the trick. Note that the hand strap is quite large and you probably won't be able to safely free your hands and fully detach it.
