wasn't sure how this stuff actually "shaped" the brushes when I ordered it but now that I've used it I've got it with a weaker, stiffer one compared. a flaky, quick-drying PVA glue that gets thick and tacky when wet. The consistency allows you to mold the brush into any shape with your fingers as it becomes sticky almost instantly and then as it dries holds the brush fibers in place, "convincing" them to stay where you put them formed when you wash the brush or wipe the end with your finger, and most of it will "break"
