I use my laptop a lot! I take it with me when I travel and these 90 degree adapters saved my current laptop! I've had other laptops in the past where I or someone else would come across something plugged into the side of my laptop and break the USB port or cable to that peripheral. These adapters make this random problem non-existent! I LOVE IT! It's USB 3.0 and I can tell you I haven't seen any lag or loss of functionality since I've been using it and bought it a long time ago. build quality! They don't feel cheap by any means and are durable! I unplug my headset and mouse when I travel, but I leave them plugged in, put my laptop in a bag and leave, and to date I haven't seen any problems!
