Hose exploded on first inflation
Hose exploded on first inflation of only about 30psi. I've never seen this happen to a new pipe if it wasn't installed properly. Nothing was pinched or twisted, there were no sharp edges or protruding spokes, it was fitted with a new tire and rim tape. Unfortunately, this tube is non-refundable. I had two setups on the same bike and decided to switch the other to a more reliable brand for safety reasons. I'm an experienced bike mechanic with thousands of tube and tire installations under my belt.
